Layout/design of translations
If necessary, we will design the translation so that it looks as similar as possible to your original. To achieve that, we use different layout and design programs (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, Power, Corel, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.). To ensure the best and maximum results, please send the files in the original program.
When you send us InDesign files, please provide us also with all fonts and image links in a compressed package.
The output file is either a .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pdf or design file.
NB! Texts that will be sent to layout and design must be first properly edited beforehand and reviewed by the customer. In the course of post-layout proofreading, we only correct so-called technical errors and leave the sentence structure and content untouched.
If you want to receive designed/laid out translations on paper, we have several solutions to offer you.
The first and easiest way, is to use our standard office printer to print your document.
However, if you want a printout from a print shop, we can help you with finding a print shop, designing your files, and so on. This way, you can significantly save your time.
To request a price quote, send the material to our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, we will respond within one business day.
